Summer in the 90s was the best. You would run around the neighborhood and nobody would know where you were but it was fine because you always came home before the street lights went on. You would go to 7-11 on 7-11 and get a free Slurpee. I guess you can still do that now, but I swear slurpee's tasted better back then. 

Every Fourth of July, you'd run around the neighborhood with your friends lighting stuff on fire that you shouldn't lie on fire, technically. You would play games you would make up dances to Britney Spears songs and neglect your summer reading. Now as an adult summer is just a little bit worse. You're probably still working your regular job, but now you just have a little bit more FOMO because it's sunny outside.
